I have previously had cryobath session earlier but this was first time with raw ice, delivers similar kind of effect like muscle relaxation and enhancing the recovery.

Ice bath is must recommend for athletes and people going to gym to recover faster and enhancing the performance.

Setup for ice bath is quite basic lacks appropriate temperature evaluation and adjustment, but atleast does the work, also larger pot/tub would provide much Better experience .

Necessity for enhancement in facility to deliver premium care and targetting widespread population.

That's when I stumbled upon Curis on Google Maps and the photos and reviews looked organic and genuine.I booked a session a couple of hours prior and oh lord, it was such a great decision!Dewanshu sir went directly to the issue and assured me that it's nothing more than a muscle cramp. It had nothing to do with my spine or other issues people were suggesting.His therapy, advise and a friendly vibe did it's charm.One session is all it took to fix my pain!It's been less than 24 hours since I visited and here I am, moving about like a normal person again.I wish all the best to Dewanshu sir and the entire team.
