I got to know about Ms. Astha through Healthkart. I am in touch with her from last one year. I was worried about my weight gain and wanted to shed my weight as early as possible. Astha gives a very simple and basic diet which includes the food we eat regularly at our homes. She is a very friendly and polite person. My name is Anjali Malhotra. I was trying to lose weight since last two years but was unable to as I was focusing more on exercise and gym but not on my diet. I had taken the diet plan for my uncle who was 93 kg before and waist size was 38 inch. Now he is 75 kg and his waist is 32 inch and it is possible within a period of 2.5 months.

My experience with some other Dietician was that they were very quick, impersonal and did not explain things in detail. Being a first time parent I had a lot of queries to ask regarding my diet plan as my pregnancy was complicated. I had Intraheptic Cholestasis in my third trimester and it was a very tough time for me. However, it all happened well because of this gem of a person who was always there to help me with the do's and don't. She genuinely makes efforts to bond with the patients personally and understand the problem. I would strongly recommend her as she is a very reliable, approachable, trustworthy doctor. And most importantly, unlike others she is not acquisitive.

Before consulting Astha, I was under the impression that how can a nutritionist tell about muscle building, this is the job of trainers. I am 32 years and have severe issue of ulcers. Doctor also suggested mild heart blockage.
