I went first time because I needed help and did not know where to go. I kept going because Dr. Aparna made me feel safe, to open up about issues in my life I do not share with my closest friends. She helped me realize the root of the issue, and how multiple issues in life can pile up to cause certain conditions which have to be solved one by one. I thank her for helping me when I felt lost and recommend her to people who do not know what to expect from therapy.

Dr Aparna has helped me overcome several issues during an extremely difficult time. she made me understand several things about my problems and how to resolve them in a very friendly and helpful manner. I have gone to Dr Aparna for Depression and BPD and have seen many positive

changes in myself. Through regular therapy i am mentally in a much better place now.

Aparna Gupta Mam has been my psychologist in helping me fight against my OCD. Before I met her, I was convinced that it is impossible for me to come out of this OCD's loop of thoughts. She is experienced and intellectual, and has powerfully positive vibes. Even though I had failed in initial few tasks against my ocd, she still supported and assured me that together we will get over it. She did hard to investigate about my OCD and found the solutions, and systematically assisted me in first completing smaller goals then target bigger ones. Finally, quite soon I successfully faced and won my ocd fears. It was a wonderfull experience, and every part of that entire process was necessary in me overcoming my OCD. I'm really indebted to her that I'm living the life, which God has gifted me, in a wonderful way and enjoying the moments. It was a paradigm shift between my previous lifestyle of continous worrying and being anxious all the time, to the life of excitement, adventures and taking pleasures of life, fearlessly. Thank you so much Aparna Mam. I hope others like me get gift of worry free life from you.

The approach was nothing less than brilliant.. understanding the problems, digging in deep and further starting to work on the problem was a process that not everyone does as well as it was managed here. Ensuring session schedules are done so that the therapy isnt left half way

Difficult to connect with the doctor on a mental level even after multiple sessions. ****** ****** **** ************* *** not offering any solutions, concepts, or guidelines is not the way ahead- seems more like a delaying tactic. The doctor seems to believe that the solutions come from the patient themselves - perhaps true but without any direction ***** ***** ********** ** ******** ** ***** ****** ***** ** **** ********* Would advise patients to at least visit one another counselor ** *** * ****** ***********

Doctor diagnosed my condition precisely as Borderline personality disorder as I was confused if I had bipolar too. I have been taught DBT & ACT skills and Doctor has enough patience & non judgemental attitude towards my progress. I used to feel guilty for standing up for myself but doctor has been teaching it's ok to love oneself with feeling guilt. I feel more confident & motivated after each session as I had struggled with suicidal thoughts for years. Best thing is if I misunderstand anything, doctor makes sure she's using the right words so I get her correctly to focus on my growth. Even my friends are happy to see my improvement in my behavior and asked me to thank her for being an excellent therapist.

Dr Aparna is a very experienced doctor in couples therapy. She has helped me and my husband a lot in last year. It was a complete breakdown and point of no return. She broke down the problem into parts and then took us through the same issue by issue. We had individual sessions and couple sessions one after another and our individual therapy was also going on in tandem. She helped break resistances and make commitments.

She made some reality checks acceptable and also helped with anger management. She also works in a very scientific way with models and theories which are applicable and reflective.

I would recommend seeing her for any of the psychological problems one is facing and if one is low on self awareness. She will simplify. She is highly confidential and impartial. I would also recommend her for severe depression cases. Thanks Aparna. You save lives :)

Diagnosing a mental illness like OCD is very difficult and Aparna ma'am was the one who did it for me. She was my second therapist who gave me clarity of my symptoms .She first of all comforted me with her friendly nature and I remember one incident in which she shared one experience of her life so that I can open up . The content of my OCD is very disturbing and it's very tough to tell someone ,even to my counselor .She suggested me to do ACT therapy along with Cognitive behavior therapy and it had a great impact on my condition. We even did some recordings to help me with my OC symptoms.

I could stop blaming myself ... OCD is all about blaming and having guilt and anxiety for some obsession on which you don't have control . I'm glad to have a therapist like Aparna ma'am .

Dr Aparna is an excellent therapist. I credit her with the immense improvement in my mental health over the past 3 months. Due to her guidance and support, I was able to get out of my mental pit of despair and back on track to self love and self improvement.
