What I liked the most was that the psychologist did not make the sessions feel clinical or uncomfortable. It felt like speaking to someone who actually listens without judging you. Slowly, the sessions helped me calm my thoughts, understand my triggers and handle situations better.

I also appreciated that no unrealistic promises were made. The approach was practical, patient and supportive throughout. There is still a journey ahead, but I can honestly say I feel much better than before starting therapy.
