I've been connected to her for almost 2 years now, and my experience has been very good. I love the fact that I feel a lot more comfortable and validated, which I hardly recived from any of my previous therapists. I do feel that the sessions have a great impact on my mental health and I can track that. The times when I'm not able to be consistent, are the times when I realise that my daily life and my reactions to all my emotions are way more different than the times when I'm regular. I feel that I do need a therapist like her because it is very important to empathize and make one feel safe before working on anything. And I do feel that sense of security. I also would like to add that the way we have our sessions is collaborative, and I really enjoy that, because that really helps in finding the right things to work on. And the things I have worked on so far, most of them have stayed with me, and I have seen significant changes in myself.
