My obgyn Dr. Ragini Agarwal recommended Dr Mandakini for physiotherapy during my pregnancy. I was regularly doing yoga before pregnancy but I was under the misconception that exercises should not be done during pregnancy. I took 20 sessions with Dr. Mandakini starting 19th week and they made a whole lot of difference for me. My complete pregnancy was a breeze. She gives personalised training and is very attentive and encouraging throughout the session. Her exercises helped me have a relatively easy labor and a normal delivery. Weight gain was controlled and I was working till last day of my pregnancy. Even after child birth, her lactation consult helped make breastfeeding easy and bearable. Her session inspired me to keep breastfeeding as I knew the advantages and techniques to ward off the pain. Thanks to her I knew that pain isn't normal during breastfeeding.
