Let me share my story guys. This started back in July 2018 when I saw some swelling in my back and gradually this converted to severe pain and due to this I was not able to sit properly. This makes me feel embarrassed in my office since I had a sitting job by nature. When I felt this was unbearable I reached the local doc nearby my house. The doctor advised me on some medication and I felt little satisfied. After a few days I started to feel the same pain which didn't allow me to sit properly again. I thought about reaching out to some hospital and found Kailash hospital best suits me due to the nearby and renowned hospital where I met with a general surgeon. He diagnosed this as abscess(foda) which is internal face is not opened to outside yet. This is causing swelling and pain. He prescribed me some medication and an MRI Pelvis test. After taking the medicine I felt relieved though. When I visited again after a week with an MRI report he said this is abscess and if the medication didn't work he will do an operation to clean. I got worried by hearing this as I never know what this operation was for. He revealed further that I had fistula and operations is the only option if medicine didn't heal this. I had not heard this word earlier so this makes me worried more as I never went through any surgery earlier in my life.
I started exploring this disease more and was looking for the best curable treatment. Some people suggested I have homeopathy treatment as this is 100% curable. I consulted with the homeopathy doc and got the treatment done for the next six months as someone told me homeopathy affects slowly so I waited with patience but no success. Once again I got disappointed and started exploring for a cure since I was hardly able to sit properly and pain was unbearable. Then I went to a surgeon in Noida and he looked at all my prescribed medicines and suggested a little surgery for draining the pus and then I will be cured . I see no clue what to do or not. I went with his suggestion. Now I feel relieved for 15 days but after a few days I started to have the same pain and pus discharge issue . I met with the same doc again. He then told me to go for a fistula operation. However I was not convinced with the doctor and staff after looking at the hospital situation. At home I was not happy with my condition and once again I started exploring options for this problem. All this happened till Sep 19.
From Oct 19, someone suggested to go for kshar sutra therapy as this is 100% curable options. I also reviewed this therapy *** ******* ** ** ** ***** **** ***** ****** *** ********** There are also doctors prescribed for more tests and diagnosis. Yes this is fistula and needs kshar sutra therapy and after 1-2 visits, the doctor found no internal opening and suggested a weekly basis therapy. They will keep placing kshars to make that opening and then real kshar sutra therapy will start. This kept continuing for 3 months and I got disappointed how long I needed to go for this medication. Also they were not telling me exactly if they will be able to treat this in 6 months even and due to which I thought to go for surgery as an last option.
In between this kshar sutra therapy I also heard about Ayurvedic medicine PF2 Cure which comes with a packet of 1100 rs for 7 days course. This medicine looked effective to me initially and got relieved to an extent as well. However after taking around 10 packets, I realized this is not curing my fistula and pus continued to discharge which again fails.
I kept doing my research on google about this disease and then I determined to go with an operation of fistula. I went again to ******* Hospital with the same doctor and he once again asked for a new MRI report. Once I met with the doctor with the new MRI report in Feb 2020 and he consulted yes operation is only option for the treatment as this has become complex fistula however he also said that there would be chances of recurrence in future. This made me worried again. I kept looking for a second opinion with another hospital and then I came to know about the UPHI Hospital which is known to be the best in this field and they are doing laser surgery and not traditional surgery.
After going through the hospital history and Dr Vikrant's feedback, I thought this would be the best hospital where I can get 100% treatment. I met with Dr Vikrant with all the MRI reports and medications prescribed by all prior hospitals and doctors. He read my case carefully and then explained to me that yes this is a complex fistula however this is curable 100%. Once I was satisfied with his words, I went through the surgery and there he found I had a Horse shoe type fistule on both sides during the operation. He removed the fistula tract and I stayed in the hospital just for one day and then I was discharged. He prescribed a few medicines which I followed and kept going to hospital for dressing every after 10 days. After 3 dressing, locked down happened due to Covid 19 crisis however I kept following his advice either on call or text. My wound got healed completely in 3 months and this I started feeling better. Dr Vikrant who not only performed the surgery well but also kept dressing himself. Today I feel relieved and I am free from the fistula disease. However this took me 2 years to find Dr Vikrant *** ** *** **** ****** *** ******* ******** I would like to say my heartiest wishes to Dr Vikrant and many many thanks for treating me. I hope this helps others who are also facing this same problem but not finding where to go for the treatment.
Thank you so much Dr Vikrant. *** *** *** **** *

I would like to genuinely thank Dr. Vikrant on the wonderful treatment that I got from him. I was suffering from a complex fistula for a long time past 2 years. I visited UPHI Clinic in Sep'21 where Dr. Vikrant assured that with his latest technique, the problem would be cured completely with negligible chances of recurrence. He compassionately reassured me that I was in safe hands and actually did it. He operated me on 13th September for fistula with latest technology and I got discharged from hospital same day, post that I had to visit hospital 3-4 times for dressing and one deep cleaning of wound but now post two months, I am fine, recovered and feeling much better. I wish I would have consulted him earlier. I have high regards for Dr. Vikrant for his extra ordinary medical and professional skills. He is exceptionally talented and skilled surgeon in the field of proctology. I experienced very good standards in every aspect - from reception, registration, admission, surgery, to post operative treatment. Every team member is good and deals with the patient with a sense of empathy. Dr. Vikrant very well uses his knowledge, education, technique and experience in treating the patients and ensuring they get recover soon. He makes a family like connect with patients and discuss any issues very calmly and consoles properly by giving full attention. I am really impressed by you and the entire UPHI staff for their determined, dedicated and devoted approach and attitude towards patient.I wish him all the best in continuing this great work.

I visited Dr Vikrant Singh at UPHI hospital near Sec 43 Gurgaon for a consultation after pain, heavy bleeding and constant burning sensation in the anal area. After an examination Dr Vikrant explained to me that I had deep Fissures along with grade 3 Haemorrhoids. He was very patient with all my queries and advised me a LASER guided treatment surgery for my problems. All related stuff like Anaesthesia, expected recovery time, diet advice etc were explained to me very clearly. To my pleasant surprise I had my surgery the very next day (on my request he came on a Sunday for my surgery, and I am grateful for that to him). It lasted around 20-25 minutes only and was fully painless. The cost of entire surgery was also covered fully under my Insurance Plan. After the surgery also, Dr Vikrant kept track of my recovery and regularly called and messaged me giving a sense of personal touch and confidence to me. The follow ups were also done on time. I joined my office after two days only. After a week I felt fully normal and functional. I thank him and strongly recommend Dr Vikrant for any Proctology related ailments.

I was in pain of piles and fissure for almost 3 months. Dr. Vikrant is such a humble and kind doctor that I have ever visited, he has given me answers to all the questing that I have in my head for past 3 months. He is amazingly supportive and guided me to go for the surgery for piles and fissure. He has given me a lot of confidence to undergo for the surgery. The surgery went extremely well and I didn’t even feel any pain throughout the surgery. He is supportive and treats patient like a family. I must say he is the best surgeon for these treatments in delhi NCR. The staff and management of the UPHI Hospital is brilliant, kind and cooperative. Even after the surgery Dr. Vikrant has called me many times to check for my health. He is the best doctor I have ever been to; he cares for his patient.
I would highly recommend Dr. Vikrant to everyone who is in pain and not able to find the right doctor. Dr. Vikrant is the answer to all your pain.
