Max Hospital Admission Process
Max Hospitals allow the patient to be admitted once the patient is advised by the doctor. The patient will have to register themselves and will have to fill out a form to be admitted. It is to be remembered that all necessary details should be entered correctly for the patient to be admitted. The patient can pay the advance through cash, credit cards or can directly transfer the money to the bank account through a wire transfer.
The discharge process of the patient is initiated after the consulting doctor agrees to discharge the patient. The patient will be required to pay off the outstanding due and fill out the discharge form to go home. Furthermore, all advances will be adjusted when the patient is discharged.
Guidelines for visitors
The visitors are to visit only during the visiting hours.
Other than this, the hospital’s rules and regulations are to be adhered to during visiting.
The visitors are supposed to clean their hands with sanitizers before visiting the hospital.
Food and beverages from the outside are not allowed.
Patient and Attendant responsibilities
The patient should be truthful about their previous medical conditions and should honestly disclose all details of their medical history.
The attendant and the patient should clearly give details as required by the hospital.
Other than this, the attendants and the patients should be honest when they do not understand and should ask questions in case there are confusions.
