Consulted Dr. Neetu Talwar (Pediatrician) for Children's Health
Hoped for better: Doctor friendlinessTreatment satisfactionValue for money
My daughter is 4 month old and I wanted take up vaccination packages available at Fortis. When I called the hospital I was told to come in person and discuss the options with available paediatrician. On reaching the hospital I was directed to Dr. Neetu Talwar.
Dr.Talwar started pitching me a package of Rs. 48,000 for 2 year and was ready to offer a discount of 3000 on the package for the vaccine which my daughter had already taken. I asked her many times what is the difference between the Rs. 22000 and Rs. 48000 she kept saying the quality and the side effects. As soon as I confirmed her that I will go for 22000 package her attitude changed ....from politely explaining me the benefits *** ******** ** ******* ******* ***** ************* ****** **** **** *************** *** **** **** *** ** ****** ** ******* **** ******** ***** **** ******* **** ***** ****** ******* ** *** **** **** *** **** ****** ** ****** ******************* **** ** **** ***** ******* **** **** **.this lasted for around 20 mins.
I took 10 mins time from her to discuss the same with husband and we still decided to go for Rs. 22000 package.
I again went to her and informed her of my choice. She fed the data in her system and in the meantime nurse was ready with the injections. As a mother I had few concerns about my child which I wanted to discuss with Dr. Talwar *** *** *** ** ****** ********** ** *** **** ** ************* All she said was she had no time and would have to leave for some work. Don't know what came into her that she did not even explained post vaccination medication with me. To top it all she refused to administer polio drops saying go to a government hospital. *** *********** ** *** * ******** ******* ***** ** ***************** ** ********* *** ******** ******** **** **** ** ********** ******** **** ** ** ** **** *** ******* ****** ***** ** ******* **** *** ** *** **** ***** ******** ** *******
Consulted Dr. Biplab Das (Neurologist)
It all started on 23rd Aug,19 when I felt numbness both in my hands and feet area and was having difficulty in walking for the first time. I stay at Yamunanagar near Ambala. The family decided to take consultation at Fortis hospital Gurugaon and visited the hospital on 28th Aug. We met Dr Biplob Das who after asking some questions and examination diagnosed the disease as GBS. We were very scared to know about this disease when we search about it on Google. However Dr Biplob Das assured that I would be all right in a few months and recovery would be quick as we have reached hospital in time. This was followed by a week long stay at hospital after which I was discharged. Regular physio therapy sessions continued thereafter at Gurgaon with prescribed medicines. During about 4 month stay at Gurgaon we remained in continuous touch with Dr Biplob Das through OPD or phone calls and always found him very kind, polite, empathetic, passionate and reassuring. He is a thorough gentleman and great human being. His caring and gracious behaviour was visible during tele consultation sessions which started of late.
My health is improved a lot and I have started doing household chores gradually. With every passing day my health is going better. I consider that it is all because of Dr Biplob Das and his team. I wish to place on record my gratitude and thanks to Dr Das for taking care and being so kind *** ******* ** **** ** ******I wish him a bright career and continued service to suffering mankind.
My deepest thanks Dr Biplob Das.
