Cloudnine Hospital

Dr. Witty Raina doesn't even deserve a half star. I went to this doctor for my first pregnancy but was not satisfied at all.* *** ** ***** **** ** ******* She never bothered to console me about the situation and always played a fear psychosis. Ultimately I had a miscarriage and during that time also she always made me feel negative about the entire situation. During my pregnancy, my all scans were done by Dr. Witty herself. After 14 days of the miscarriage, Dr. Bhavna did the ultrasound and Dr. Witty told me that there is a Polyp and it could be cancerous and I was told that I have to get Hysteroscopy/RPOC removal same day itself and I should get admitted for the procedure. It sounded odd to me so I consulted two other doctors along with new scans & other diagnosis outside Cloudnine Hospital *** **** *** ******* ********* **** ********** ** ****** *** ***** *** ** ***** ****** *** ** ********* *** ********* ***** ******* ***** **** *** **** **** ****** *** *** ******* *** * **** ** **** **** * ** *********** ******** **** * ****** ***** ******* *** ******* ***** **** ** *** ***** ****** ** ********* **** **** ******* ** **** I really wish I would have consulted other Doctors outside Cloudnine as well during my initial stages of pregnancy. Pregnancyis the most cherished time for a woman *** *** ***** **** ** ***** ******** ** **** ** ** ********* ****** *** *** I will ensure nobody in my circle will ever go to Cloudnine Gurgaon.

*** *** ** **** ************* ** * **** **** * very experienced nice but huge problem of not having empathy toward his patient.My wife went for first time for pregnancy test she informed her there can be a miscarriage and when my wife asked what she should to do prevent she informed to take test & some medicine that's it and this is informed in 5 min. and my wife came back -

1)She didn't informed what to do for next few days until blood test result didn't come up.

2)She didn't informed about bed rest or any precaution should take in case if their is complexity in pregnancy, ***** ** **** ** ** ** ****** ** ******** *** **** **** ***** ******* *** **** **** ****** **** *** **** ******** *** ***** **** * ***** ***** **** ***** ***** *** **** ******* **** * ******** ****** *** **** ** ***** ****** *** *** **** ********3)Next we want to know about the test cost in cloud9hospital and when we can get those blood test result so that we can show doctor again as she said come with the test but no one picks the phone.

very bad service from cloud9 emergency no to customer care number they even didn't contacted us to sector-47 cloud9.We want to know the cost and final blood test result but as we didn't receive proper information from cloud9 we tried contacting doctor PA who also didn't helped us at all and later we assked lal path labs to get the test done

4)Next day when we got test we went to cloud9 hospital and later doctor pa told us that she require print out and to my surprise she is asking for this from my wife who is already scared that this pregnancy can be a miscarriage. She could tell this before such information and may be send scan copy and get the print outs done herself or just inform us but her point of asking "No please get us the print out was too rude from the PA of doctor wirtty raina gynecologist in cloud9"

It is my first pregnancy and my preference was cloud nine as my sister-in-law went on cloud nine for her first pregnancy in banglore so everyone suggested me to go cloudnine. So I keep searching about good doctor there. By Practo reviews and ratings I landed with Mrs. Preety Aggarwal. I read she very patiently heard each problems and give advice according to them. On my first visit, I was excited to meet her as I am going to heard I am pregnant. But Instead of her Dr. Richa was there for us and we were told that she is busy in OT. We understand may be we came wrong day and time. Dr. Richa well attended us. On later Appointment we got to meet with Dr. Preety Aggarwal. I showed her my report she saw and treat us like we go some normal treatment. Me & my husband was not satisfied by her treatment and way of dealing us. She came for just 5 mins from another cabin of her where already she was talking to the patient. and she is in rush to go to that room. After few days, I had gastric pain so I call her assistant simmi, She said Dr. is here and you can come and visit her. I said I cant wait for so long because I was in office and pain was unbearable for which she said you can come we make your appointment in priority. I managed to come somehow with so much pain but they want me to wait for almost 2 hrs with all that pain. Then after so much wait I got to meet the Dr but I saw Dr. Richa there but according to her assistant Dr. preety is in cabin. Then after that we decided to not to go that hospital ***** **** **** ***** ** **** ** *** ****** ******** *** ****** ******* ****** ***** ***** ** ******** Now I dont trust Cloudenine any more ***** ***** ********* ** **** ***** *** ***** No responsibility and care for would be mother i taken there.

I had my first conception at 38 years and I was treated by some other gynaecologist. In my last trimester, I changed my gynecologist to Dr. Parul Jain who was recommended by my husband’s friend. I wanted a normal and minimal procedure delivery, and my decision came out to be the best decision of my pregnancy. She is the only doctor I have come across in the world of gynaecologists and obstetricians who is willing and capable of normal delivery no matter how complicated the case may be (not considering the obvious reasons for C-section). I had a very smooth normal delivery because of her. She came for the delivery at night even when she was unwell and conducted all the procedures herself. There were some complications at the time of delivery which the doctor very diligently managed and got me and my baby safe. Coming across correct and good doctors are a matter of chance nowadays, and I feel blessed to have her as my gynecologist. Lots of love!!
