Dear sir,noted ur feedback , when u visited me , you had not complaint about ear ,incase if u gave this complain I could refer u to ENT specialist for ear , you have some other complain which I can't write in public due to paitent privacy . Though you could see in the prescription which complaint u gave me , we also have an carbon copy of ur records with complain . And reg test we only ask u to do very basic test like CBC with ESR and IgE , which I have mentioned u could do from any place which ever lab is NABL certified , and medicine was also u could bought it from any where in India , our clinic was not forced u to buy medicine from there nor we ask you to do any tests from our clinic then how come you write , that we were busy to swap your card . Our goal is to give correct advice to a patient so that he or she could get relief soon ,and as per ur complain I wrote medicine which I mention in normal public language by lines so that u could understand easily the same i explained you also .and if you not took the medicine which I gave u as per the complain you gave me how come you will get relief , my humble request is not to pass the medicine to any pity person , unnesseary , that person will suffer because of ur do ,we request you to return the medicine to us if you have not used a single tablet . And kindlly whenever you visit any docotor first decide what issues u have and for why you are visiting and explain the same problem to a doctor so that he or she can treat u in better manner.
