I am a retd senior executive from bank... Was recently admitted in Fortis Research memorial hospital, sector 45 Gurgaon for about a week's time for treatment of my serious Neurological problems. Met Dr Vikas Sharma. I found him having a lot of expertise in his domain. He took pain to satisfy my many queries.. I am completely satisfied.. He was so caring, understanding and sympathetic.

Most horrid experience. Doctor was late by an hour for his appointment and was arrogant. He didn’t spend even 2 min. Didn’t ask me anything about anything. I told him whatever I wanted. He suggested an MRI and two tablet

Doctor seemed to be in a rush as neither He asked for patient history nor gave any comprehensive feedback. Total consultation time was 2 to 3 mins and it was over. The patient is a senior citizen and expected more feedba
