Happy with:Â Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issue
So far I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Naik. One meeting with him and you'll see the difference between Dr. Naik and the other doctors elsewhere. He is a gem of a person and makes you feel so assured that you forget half your worries. He is a very good listener and explains the problems in depth. I'm hoping for a successful treatment with Dr. Naik and his team.
Dr Naik is a rare doctor who has a blend of professionalism and human touch which is very genuine. He takes time to listen, empathises with the patient and dosent recommend solutions which the patient is not comfortable with as a plan. 2 thumbs up and highly recommend. We need such more practioners.

Hoped for better:Â Value for moneyWait time
I came to Medanta 3 times. 1st time all ortho were in meeting. Staff made me wait for one hour then told me to go. They didn't tell me about any appointment for the visit.
2nd time staff asked me if i have any appointment or not. This time also doctors were not available for walk in visit. Again staff sent me back.
Now today is my 3rd time, i have an appointment for 9am. I reached here before 8.20 am. I filled the form, made consultation billing and since 8.45 i am waiting for the doctor to come. Its almost 1.5hr wait time.
Staff knows all the activities, in and out time of their respective doctors, but they still make the patients to wait.
People are not well, thats why they come to hospital. *** ******* *** ***** **** *** ******** ********* **** ****
