Since we just walked in to the Cloudnine Hospital on a Sunday afternoon, we didnot have any previous reference for the doctor. We were greeted warmly and got just the right vibes of assurance since this was our first visit to a gynaec as a couple. The first consultation helped us get detailed and satisfactory answers for all our queries at the time.

Dr. Shweta is very proficient and friendly. Her way of handling patients is very good. She is always polite and supportive. You can call her anytime and she has always picked our calls on the first ring. She would never be haste in answering your queries. She gives you time, listens to you and talks to you till you feel convinced. She is transparent in her conversation. She would even go outside her cabin to discuss your case with the Radiologist or other lab in-charge, if required, to make sure you get the right treatment at the right time.
