Underwent surgery for oral cancer under Dr. Satpal at Columbia Asia Hospital Palam Vihar. He is good with surgical part. But believes in one way communication only after surgery. Doesn't listen and answer patient queries at all, doesn't explain what to expect after surgery and the new normal post surgery. Asks to use internet to find answers to your concerns. For any question he has a cliche answer "U r never satisfied". There is huge difference in doctors attitude before and after surgery.
