Dr. Mukta Kapila

I visited the doctor in 2017, I was 72 kgs then, 165 cms. Was struggling with irregular periods, thyroid and pcod. Most of the top doctors I had consulted told me straightforward that you have to take birth control pills, which I was taking from last 4-6 yrs on and off , to regulate your periods as there is no cure for pcod. I was somehow not ready to accept it. When I consulted her and told her that these pills have caused me so much side-effects that I had to consult for my psychological issues. I didn't want to take these medicines anymore and wanted to have regular periods. She understood me and said if you don't want to take these medicines then loose your weight by 15 kgs, go consult a deititian. I did the same and lost 15 kgs in 6 months. My pcod wasn't 100% gone by that time but I was on a path of self healing. My body was healing with all these positive lifestyle changes.

5 months after the weight loss I conceived naturally with even with pcod. All thanks to her, who was there in sync with me in the journey of relying on my body and the power of subconscious mind. Unfortunately I had a missed abortion in July 2018. But the kind of sensitivity with which she dealt my case was very touching. I always felt that I am with someone connected at spiritual level. She is so positive and is genuinely interested in her patients, this quality is rare to find. Her aura will make you feel very good when you meet her. When I discussed with her that I am into vipassana meditation she encouraged it. Other doctors don't agree to the fact that our subconscious has immense power to heal our body and don't encourage such things like yoga, meditation and healthy lifestyle. I was doing vipassana, did inner engineering course, was doing Shambhavi daily, did intermittent fasting for healing, all these led to my thyroid go to normal level in 3 months and

In April 2019 I again conceived naturally, that too with very late ovulation ( 1.5 months late), only because I trust my body and in my 1st scan, I found that I was having no pcod anymore. I am 6 months pregnant at present on 20th September 2019, and am very happy to have met her in 2017.

She is highly experienced and confident and knows what she is doing. She won't give unnecessary medicines just for the sake for not taking any risk. I get a motherly vibes from her every time we meet her. She would scold you when needed, it's only because of her scolding me to loose those weight and could progress on the path of self-healing. She would often make jokes and laugh and keep things light.

I love and respect her to the core.

Looking forward to have a smooth delivery in December with her guidance. Do pray for me to have a normal delivery so that I can experience that blissful super-conscious level. I am very confident and thankful that Dr. Mukta is with me in this divine journey 🙏.

I visited Dr. Mukta during my pregnancy (pre, delivery and post delivery check-ups). Besides being exceptional as a clinician, she is also a wonderful human being who exudes warmth. Her confidence and care made sure I was stress-free throughout my pregnancy and delivery, while being assured of the right medical care. I will always be grateful to Dr. Mukta for taking good care of me, and for bringing my little one into this world. I was having immense muscle cramps and veginal discharge after periods leading to weakness for past 1 yr. I had a minor surgery then and there for the cyst diagnosed. It was becuse of her comfertness that i approved for the same. She is an experienced doc who will not prescribe medicine needlessly instead find the root cause. I am thankful to her since then i have not experienced such cramps. Though i had to visit her 2nd time for having period twice in a month which i don't know was due to surgery or not but now i am fit and fine. Till date i am having regular periods without any excessive discharge and muscle cramps. I got to know about her through my neighbor. The doc i visited through practo was not ready to examine physically unless i insist her to do so. After taking the medicines and some 4-5 tests got no results. But now i am quite happy and satisfied. Thanks to mam.

Will never recommend Dr Kapila for a single reason of being judgemental towards a patient. Being a gynaecologist how can you say things like how she bluntly says on the face. ***** **** ******** *** *** ***** **** *** *** **** **** *** **** **** *** ****** *** ********** As for the rest of the Gyneac related issues she is too judgmental. She is always in a hurry to jump on conclusions * **** ** ****** ***** ********** Have experienced it twice now. Do yourself a favour & always take a second opinion if you happen to see her.

Dr. Mukta has a very pleasing and patient demeanor, she tries to listen out the problems giving all possible time to her patients. Her ligh heartedness along with her great experience and practical knowledge make her a very approachable and dependable doctor. She is very thorough in her diagonosis and is not orthodox in her approach and judgement giving the much needed support the patients want.

I am 20 weeks pregnant right now and hope I can strengthen my bond with her as my doctor and guide through this special experience of pregnancy and delivery of my baby in this world.

Had found Dr Kapila through a reference and found her to be kind, gentle and communicative. She has operated on me and I keep going back for follow ups and general routine checks. She is patient and answers all the questions you ask. Gives clear explanation on what next. The clinic at Bani square is near clean and well managed. What is nice is she is associated with a hospital incase of any detailed next steps .

Visited her clinic for my problem of Irregular period, but must say doctor's main focus is her fees she just want to extract money from patients . She will give you only 5 minutes and would charge you full fees even for checking you reports which she herself suggested to get done in your first meeting and then come to see her. She never replies to phone calls or messages, least bothered about her patients.

I always felt she is not listening to me properly

Not sure if her carefree attitude would b good for emergency situations

Doesn't scold you when you go wrong or gain weight etc.

I have just had my first consultation with the doctor and it's so far so good. The doctor explained crisply the medical condition and the possibilities and even gave me insights for better health management. She has a way of relaxing the patient which is quite a help.

Excellent experience ! The doctor is absolutely fantastic. *** ** ****** ******** calm and composed which makes the journey during pregnancy very smooth esp during ones first pregnancy. She is definitely my gynaec for life. I would highly recommend Mukta Mam to one and all.
