Ms. Gunjan Sharma

My sessions with Ms. Gunjan Sharma have been very conforting and satisfying and they helped me a lot in my personal growth and improving my relationship with my parents. She has helped me to understand situations in a better and healthy way and look at the issue from another person's perspective as well. There were a lot of problems I was going through before the sessions started and I've come a long way since then. I have learned to take my stand when I feel that I'm not wrong. I was nervous when I was told that I'll be talking to a therapist but Gunjan ma'am's courteous and friendly nature made me confortable in no time. She even shared some life stories with me so that I could relate with my problems. For me, she has been a friend more than a doctor. She has changed my perspective towards life.

Being a patient listener and an approachable person, sessions with Gunjan have been really helpful and comforting. She's more like a friend than a therapist to me. Not only does she genuinely listen to the issues at hand but also tries to understand the deeper issues and works on finding healthy and positive ways to deal with those. I visited Ms. Gunjan Sharma due to anxiety issues and loss of confidence. During my sessions, I liked her approach, I liked that she was genuinely involved in my mental development. Due to regular sessions, I have been able to deal with my anxiety and have seen significant personal development.

I started therapy with Dr Gunjan in February and within a span of 2-3 months I have seen a lot of changes in myself and the way I think and approach every situation in my life. She’s someone who genuinely cares for her patient’s progress and wellbeing. She makes a genuine effort to understand her patients and make them feel like that they aren’t going through it alone. She has helped me through issues which I thought would stay with me forever. I can’t put into proper words what she has done for me and how invaluable the whole treatment has been for me. Out of everything the thing I am most grateful about is the hope that she has given me for the future.
