She gives a human touch and empathy along with medication which is very motivating that gives me lot of comfort & confidence that I am under right hands & treatment . My 4 year old son was having cough from almost a month. Someone suggested me Dr. Mitali Agarwal. My appointment was on Saturday however I got a call from Dr. Mitali herself that she don’t take appointments on Saturday and it was an error from Practo. This is first sign of responsibly that herself called for this confusion.

On the day of meeting, she understand the entire issue so well and prescribed the medicines. She also gave general tips. Overall it’s amazing to see such a good doctors who take care of patients as their responsibility.

I waited for 30 mins despite an appointment. Doctor was in great hurry, she prescribed medicine and x ray. X ray was done within 15 mins and I had to literally run after the doctor as she had left the chambers, to show
