I have been married for nine years and after few years I was diagnosed with PCOS.I am a resident of Ranchi,Jharkarkhand and after seeing top gynaecologists from Ranchi-Kolkata-Delhi ncr I was advised to go for IVF.Initially me and my husband were sceptical about IVF - but not after we met Dr Dua.

She made our IVF journey a cakewalk.We became more and more confident with the IVF thing every time we consulted her.

She has got expertise and vast knowledge in this field.Her suggestions are crisp and clear.We are not a resident of Gurgaon but her support was tremendous .She is just a call away and replies instantly on Watsapp.

She is an epitome of positivity.Everytime we visited her she gave us ample time and answered our silliest questions.

My OPU was scheduled and on the same day there was some conference planned in ART Gurgaon centre.But Dr Dua said she won’t compromise with my treatment.My OPU was performed at ART Delhi centre with Dr Dua and her team travelling to and fro from Gurgaon on the same date.Again my ET(transfer) was planned on a public holiday but the clinic was operational just for me as she is very particular about the day and time.Dr Dua takes an extra step to make sure everything is perfect.

My IVF journey was extremely comfortable,she is warm and always welcomed us with a smile.I never felt I was prescribed with lots of high power medicines and tests.And most importantly my journey was stress free-all thanks to Dr Dua and her team for letting me experience the most beautiful journey-pregnancy.

Even though our first time failed, we couldn’t help but come back to her for the 2nd cycle as well.

She’s a wonderful human being who instils the positivity in her patient. From every other clinic we d come home depressed and they always sent us back with hope. Not just her but the entire team, from the nurse to the receptionist, everyone would greet with a smile and wish u well, sending good vibes, just what an IVF patient exactly needs !
