Experience with Doctor was good, but support staff sitting outside doctor cabin & lady cordianting for appointment were very rude. Infact the lady sitting with doctor in cabin ask patient (Child) to stand up from the chair and sat on her place never seen this kind of arrogance. Secondly no queue was maintained people were jumping without any numbers...

Doctor was cooperative and friendly. We dont have to wait for doctor as she was already there. Overall we are happy with the treatment and its worth for every penny charged

Very arrogant, rude and untrained staff, if patient asks questions about treatment they behave very rudely as to why is the patient asking about anything. If patient on being asked by doctor shows little dissatisfaction,

Very arrogant, rude and untrained staff, if patient asks questions about treatment they behave very rudely as to why is the patient asking about anything. If patient on being asked by doctor shows little dissatisfaction, patient is asked to stop the treatment going forward as they feel it is very satisfactory and patient should feel the same. Be it the treatment charges or a medical store inside the clinic, no one gives a receipt/bill, also on being asked they say that they can not share before next week. on the following week when again asked for receipts they still don't give and say that they can't give a back dated bill and again ask to collect the same next week, this has been happening now for last 4 weeks.
