Friendly and efficient staff ensured that I didn't have to wait for my appointment.

Dr Smriti patiently heard me out for my real and perceived problems. She encouraged me to share the medical history of my family to fully evaluate any problems that may crop up in the future and to suggest the tell tale signs for early detection. ( Glaucoma and Iritis runs in my family). She did not suggest any unnecessary tests.

Overall it was a very good experience.

I truly recommend Dr Smriti Jain ** *** ** *** **** *** ******** ** ********* Dr Smriti Eye Centre has the latest and most advanced equipment for eye testing. Dr Smriti personally explained to us the Glaucoma reports and patiently answered all our queries. There are many options for cataract surgeries also. The staff is helpful and courteous. They also have a very good optometrist who made a perfect pair of glasses for me. I am glad to find a good eye doctor near me in Dehradun.

The doctor did a thorough check up and explained the issue of glaucoma to me and my mom giving me enough time to question and clarify. She did not unnecessarily recommend surgery or prescribe a long list of medicines which showed her expertise and experience.

We visited Dr Jain for my Father's cataract surgery. She was very humble and calm doctor and explained multiple things to my father who was little hesitant to surgery. The operation was successful and quick. I recommend doctor smriti and team for their professional attitude and genuine process.

We had appointment for 6:45pm for our 6 year old son for regular eye checkup. Unfortunately due to traffic at toll we reached 10 mins late with prior information to Krishna Netralya reception and agreement. The helping staff started the eye checking and since they took approximately 15 mins for checking and initial inspection and doctor Smriti Jain came inside and instructed her staff and us to stop eye checkup immediately and come in her cabin. All of us were shocked including her own staff and requested her to kindly wait for another 2 mins. Which she immediately refused and threatened us to either finish check up immediately otherwise she will leave and won't see the child.

No parent will accept such a behavior specially when it is their children who are at the receiving end and so do we. Receptionist at Krishna Netralya did apologize for doctors behavior and refund our money but the behavior of doctor is absolutely rude and terrible. ** ******** ******* *** ****** ** ****** *** **** ***** ***** **** ********* ******* She must apologize to us and in fact our child also for missing behaving. REQUEST ALL PATIENTS TO AVOID SUCH ARROGANT DOCTOR.

First of all, we took the appointment with Dr smriti jain n there her receptionist was checking my daughter’s eyes. When we raised the issue this girl said that she will check the number n then doctor will meet. We spoke to the doctor about this n she said these days everywhere it is like this that the optician will check the number n then doctor will meet. I told her in that case we should get the number checking done from an optician shop free of cost n why we should pay your fees. The doctor replied that’s your choice. Dr. Smriti Jain is polite & friendly. She thoroughly explained the present condition & the future implications. I have been visiting her for over a decade now & It is always a warm & comforting experience. I trust her completely & follow her advise sincerely. She is a huge asset to the medical fraternity.

Before the doctor examined my eyes, there was another lady who did the background check according to the issues I was facing. The doctor then did the checks again and assured me that it's not serious. She has given me simple solutions to practice to reduce stress,
