There is always an unsaid understanding between a doctor and a patient that lesser the complications and duration of the treatment, lower is the level of interaction and concern. Dr. Shweta somehow took this quite seriously and took every possible action to show her unconcern for me.

I cannot comment on her ophthalmology skills and knowledge because i just had a 4 mins treatment with her, but i can surely comment on the unprofessional, rude and extremely unorganised behaviour she demonstrated when I paid my last and final visit to Fortis.

I would highly recommend that you visit her only if you require a more complex and expensive treatment.
