This is not true. These patients were in clinic for hardly 15 mins and I needed to see 2 other patients who were in lot of distress, one in high fever, other with severe backache who called up in severe distress and aske

This is not true. These patients were in clinic for hardly 15 mins and I needed to see 2 other patients who were in lot of distress, one in high fever, other with severe backache who called up in severe distress and asked for immediate help on phone. Those are regular old patients and each needed maximum 10 mins for check up and picking their medicines. Rest of the things abt symptoms etc were already discussed on phone as they were already registered patients with kit.

I was upset as I cudnt help u inspite of the fact that I did explain to u about 2 more patients are there which wud be finished in 10 mins. I did text u apologies after u left, for the inconvinience it led and I regretted it.

I think 10 to 30 mins of waiting time should be considered when u r going to some experienced doctor. Or u can visit freshers where u may not need to waste time.

Also I was busy that whole day due to some cases needing urgent attention and missed practo SMS . Wish I do get the çalls regularly for confirmation of appointments . I get them only occasionally and not for all appointments.
