Hoped for better:Â Doctor friendliness
Absolutely great with the solutions offered to me during my consultation. However, post my consultation I wanted to get in touch with the doctor so I connected via the hospital line at 630pm which is well within the work hours. The hospital line questioned me like a CBI with 101 questions. A patient wouldn't really ask to be connected unless there is really an emergency. I called because I was extremely anxious probably side effect of the meds. I finally got connected and I requested the doctor if he could share his mobile number and I was refused which is understandable. I request again saying I will keep it only for emergency purposes to which I was told you calling me now is not an emergency. I was shocked and taken aback by such a reaction. I called because I was anxious and wanted the number of the therapist recommended and also discuss my med allergy. With such a reaction I ofcourse couldn't finish the conversation and honestly there wasn't a point too. Apparently it wasn't an emergency unless someone is really dying. The whole experience was so transactional and no human touch. I would definitely not recommend.

Don't go to see Dr saurabh. By talking to me only for 15 minutes he reached to the conclusion and shared the report to my company that I am not to fit to work. **** ** * ****** *********** ******* ** ****** *** ******* ***** **** ** ******* ***** ***** ****** **********
*** ******* ** *** ***** He actually helped me improve, and is someone who listens. He is patient and gave me ******** diagnosis of bipolar disorder, which I couldn't even get from other psychiatrist in Gurgaon or nearby. On needs to be patient for the medicines to work. Also, one doesn't need expect him to reply during non working hours or if you don't have an appointment, cause he has some boundaries and if any problem persists it is better to take an appointment.
