Dr. Sachin Dhawan

Dr.Dhawan is not only an exceptionally skilled professional but also a great human being. He is humble, amiable and sensitive to the patient’s needs. In my case, he made an accurate diagnosis and advised the removal of the growth, although benign. He went on to explain the procedure, what to expect during and through the recovery phase. I was quickly slotted in a week later and underwent a skill full and pain free procedure with the recovery playing out exactly as he had outlined, preparing me well all through. I would gladly recommend him not only as an eminent physician but also as an exceptionally caring and sensitive human being.

Dr Sachin is a very professional and empathetic doctor. Being so busy still he resolve all your queries and answer politely. I was reading all reviews in one he has mentioned that I clearly tell my patients what I can do and what is out of my reach, this is absolutely true. I have not seen such a polite and empathic doctor after being so busy. Generally busy doctor's like him are always in hurry to see next patients, doesn't want to answer your queries. Even on Wass up or over a call doctor's have problem replying back. But Dr Sachin is easily approachable . I remember once I asked about a medicine over Wass up though I had not consulted him in a while still he responded back promptly without asking whereabouts of consultation. Please keep on doing the good work you are doing we need more doctor's like you. I haven't written a review for any doctor so far in practo nobody felt deserving enough. Don't want to give negative reviews if in case I don't have any positive things to say about the doctor.

Bravo! I've visited Dr Sachin Dhawan's clinic due to emergency and he accommodated my request on Sunday. Found his associates to be polite and highly responsive... they're surely his Assets.

After a brief diagnosis, Dr Sachin Dhawan not only understood my problem in a jiffy but explained the disease and treatment in a very friendly & layman's manner... Kudos to Dr Akriti Kakkar too as they both gave us a comfort feel.

Conveniently located in Super Mart 1, Gurgaon and I would like to take this opportunity to highly recommend Dr Sachin Dhawan.

Visited Dr Sachin Dhawan the 5th time with a family member and noted that all 5 times we had a waiting time of 1 hour to 1.5 hours with no particular reason.All this while Dr. is busy attending other patients who are undergoing beauty procedures as per the staff. When I raise this issue of long waiting despite appointments with the lady at the reception , an irate old man , supposedly Dr's father bombards me with his arrogance . He claims he has been to "Canada" and "many countries " and had to wait for long hours to see a Doctor.Before I could comprehend who this arrogant gentleman was , he added that it's his son's clinic and if I cannot wait , I can leave .Phew ! So much to educated families and medical professionals . ** ***** ***** *** ******** *** ******** ****** ******** I am not visiting your clinic again . There are many doctors who hold on to their ethics and professionalism . Yes respecting patient's time is definitely one of them. *** **** ** ***** **** **** ********* ** *** **** ****** ****** Please remember that your patients are professionals too and do not come to your clinic to get bullied by your family member. So it's about 3 years I am continuously taking treatment from Dr Sachin. He is very friendly by nature but I am so sorry the treatment he gave me was not even worth. I did everything in his guidance. Took an expensive mesodeep skin treatment, bought expensive oral and application medicine. Now my skin has more pigmentation and scars than before 3 years. Although he always talks politely, when I had mentioned him that the pigmentations are increasing, that time he rudely answered me that it will increase only. Why I am taking expensive treatment if it will increase only. Unsatisfied! I have wasted more than *1 lakh* in his treatment.

First of all I would like to appreciate your services and ofcourse your staff. Sometimes I feel that you guys are little expensive but just because of your services, results and proffessional staff, I like to visit your place. But today I encountered an unplesent and unprofessional experience. I was there for my aqua facial when I heard someone shouting on your staff badly, I asked the staff who is this guys shouting in front of other customers, and this guy happened to be your dad. Trust me when I went out after my process I could see the staff and they all were embarrassed and sad. I felt really bad for them. I know mistakes happens but it doesn't mean that any body can disrespect any one in front of others, that is not only humiliating but also hamper the performance of staff and well as their loyalty. As a loyal customer I just wanted to share this with you and hope in future I will not experience it again.

I visited there on 22 August for my Acne treatment. First of all I had to wait for 1.45 hours even after taking appointments. Every time staff meeting as saying just another 10 mins. There was no emergency going on but still time management was very poor.

Me and my friend consultant doc after waiting patiently for 1.45 hours. And doc hardly gave 10-15 mins to both of us. Fit these 15 mins we have paid 1000 each as consulting fee. There after we have paid 3800/- for both person medicine. ******** ***** *** ****** *** **** **** *** *** **** ***** ***** *** ************** ******** *** ** **** * ******** **** ** *********** ** ** ***** **** *** ***** *****

If we are paying such amount to any doc and taking there advise very seriously **** ** ****** ******* ****** ******* I am highly disappointed with they kind of treatment I got there in clinic and with results as well.

I wouldn’t recommend dr. Sachin dhawan for basic skin problems. *** * ** ****** ******* *** **** ************* ** ********

Dr Sachin Dhawan is a wonderful doctor who has all the patience to understand your issues n concerns in detail and tries to answer all your queries.

Ofcourse there is a bit of wait time but it's simply because he's trying to give a 100 percent to the patient before you like one would expect for themselves.

Honestly i don't mind the waiting time and am utmost satisfied with the treatment line n the procedures i have gotten done at the clinic

Great experience, after following medical dosage my hair fall stopped miraculously.

But one thing , when I consulted Dr Sachin at Fortis he recommended me to go for a test as well which I didn't go through because it was really expensive . When medicines started working good I thought there won't be any need to go thru that test thing . But now it has started again so I think I would need to re visit the doctor.

While the doctor is good and gives time, the waiting time is way beyond imagination. Inspite of taking appointments, I have waited up to 1.5 hours with 45minutes being the norm. Visit the doctor only if you are in dire need and you really think you don't have other options. My skin issue is yet to be treated completely. So I am yet to experience that magic that many people are talking about.
