I have been Dr. Gupta's patient since 2018. He treats me for psoriatic arthritis which he was able to bring into remission. I am very happy with his treatment, how calm he is, and how he listens to my needs. What I like best is that he supports my career and ensures despite a chronic illness, I am a high performer in office. He is a senior doctor so yes you have to jump through hoops and meet his junior doctors first, and also be patient as you wait for appointment. Most good doctors in India do not spend more than 5-7 minutes with you. As a patient, come prepared! I usually have my questions ready, in bullet points, and I know exactly what joint pain / symptom I need to show him. Even when I am abroad, he continues to treat me using teleconsult. I will never trust another doctor with my condition which is complicated. His approach is balanced, and he never alarms the patient. For those of us with chronic illnesses, that is important. There are ebbs and flows of these diseases. I always feel reassured when I consult him. He insists on seeing bloodwork so come prepared. Doctors cannot diagnose on teleconsult, but they can assess and treat someone they have met before. For those with immune diseases or arthritis, he needs to see you and how you move! Also, be kind and polite to his staff members, that goes a long way. They are people too and its not easy managing a heavy waiting room. That's a sign of a good physician, so bring a book, coffee, and relax while you wait. Wish you a speedy recovery.

Post appointment, we met with co Dr. Suruchi Balad, she has no sense of talking to patients, she talks angrily, rude, unprofessional. Not sure how medanta is handling Suruchi Balad. She seems to be a frustrated with hers

Post appointment, we met with co Dr. Suruchi Balad, she has no sense of talking to patients, she talks angrily, rude, unprofessional. Not sure how medanta is handling Suruchi Balad. She seems to be a frustrated with herself. My parents even worried to revisit suruchi due to her rudeness.

Post Suruchi we met with Dr Rajeev Gupta, he seems to be ok on first visit, but then again on second visit after 2 days, he acts like a rude doctor, does not responds properly to the query we asked for blood test reports. Also as soon as we entered for consultation he picks up phone and talked to his friend for 10 mins.

Very embrassing for me as i took my parents and felt very disappointed with doc behaviour.

Please avoid visiting such doc.
