What I really liked was the consultative treatment explaining all the whys, whats, hows - essentially making sure that the most minor details were also visually demonstrated and explained. The discussions between Dr. Promil and her partner Dr. Sweta was also rich in terms of details on the decision making process. E.g., which teeth needed the filling, and which ones can be managed without, and why.

In summary, we felt that there was a lot of genuine care provided that translated into a relationship of trust. Thank you, and I'd spread more by word of mouth.

I went to Dr, Promil for my teeth pain related problem and she give me 3 days medicines and said follow up with me after 3 days if pain persist. After 3 days, I called her over phone and she was very helpful on phone as well. She patiently listened my problem and told me one medicine over phone only. While some doctors wants patients to visit the clinic for the follow up consultation. After 1 more day, my problem went away and there was no pain.
