I visited Smile Xpertz recently to take opinion of Dr. Priyanka on my horizontally placed lower wisdom tooth, sensitive teeth and some dental fillings. Doctor explained my teeth issues in detail along with the required treatments and future oral hygiene. Based on her suggestion, I went for root canal and wisdom tooth extraction surgery. It was my first surgery so far and I was little scared especially because another surgeon was performing it, but doctor calmed me down with her friendly nature and jokes. Of course there was slight discomfort and swelling post the surgery for a few days and that is usual, but her prescribed medicines really helped. I was in regular touch with the doctor on call/whatsapp throughout the recovery process, and everything went smooth. There was a slight delay in my root canal cap fitting due to a measurement issue, but doctor ensured that I receive the cap on time and specially opened her clinic for me on a holiday as I had a flight to catch. Overall I highly recommend the doctor and her staff (especially Doctor Shalini) who were equally friendly and supportive. I will be moving out of India and doctor assured that I can reach out to her for any kind of dental issue anytime and from any place. Really appreciate the kindness. Thank you doctor.

The root canal was done swiftly in 2 visits with 3rd short visit for fixing the ceramic tooth. Dr Priyanka’s team took pains by inquiring my dental health regularly during the course of treatment though regular phone calls . They made sure I am satisfied to the T.

Dr Priyanka explained me the process behind RCT and fitting of a crown descriptively and explained all the available options for crowns as well answered any questions I had with ease.

I was initially scared of the procedure, but Dr Priyanka was friendly, easygoing and caring about the patient. I never felt any noticeable pain from the procedure for the most part, and was pretty relaxed. The staff was also caring and checked up on me frequently after treatment, to see if I was facing any issues. Any issues I had were quickly resolved, without any trouble. The procedure plan was also made such that comfort would remain the top priority.
