She has completed a fellowship in Sleep medicine, from Medanta-The Medicity. She has been a visiting fellow at the Melbourne Sleep Disorders Centre in Melbourne. She is currently working on developing new models of care integrating complimentary therapies in Insomnia and other fields of sleep medicine.
She has had extensive experience in the management of all aspects of respiratory pathologies. This specifically involved the management of interstitial lung disease, sarcoidosis, lung cancer, airways disease, sleep disorders, TB, bronchiectasis, difficult asthma (including new biologic therapies) and all forms of pleural disease. She is competent in the management of critically ill patients with acute respiratory failure in an intensive care / high dependency setting with non invasive ventilation (BiPAP / CPAP). She is also competent in various aspects of interventional respiratory medicine namely bronchoscopy, transbronchial biopsy and transbronchial fine needle aspiration, chest drain insertion, thoracic ultrasound and medical thoracoscopy.
