I found that the doctor had zero empathy, i visited her for 2 early pregnancy scan, and she said there is no heart beat and walked out of the scan first time. During second scan i expected her to be a little friendlier considering my situation, she again with zero emotions/ empathy said it is unhealthy pregnancy. Cloudnine Hospital should train such senior doctors on how to behave. I understand we are amongst many for you, but for us you are the only one, so please try and be empathetic next time, just smile when you see your patients.

Highly unprofessional doctor and the hospital. They left my 28 day old baby in middle of an ultrasound promising to return in 15 minute but never returned for the next 45-50 min. Wasted 2 hours at the hospital to get a scan done and still came back home without getting it done as the doctor left us unattended.
