Hi, I was very disturbed due to my extreme hair fall issue from last 2 years, I started visit many doctors and also took online medicine but did not work at all. But when I visited this clinic I thought this time also I have to leave empty handed but surprisingly the doctor was seems very nice as she started through a scientific way and did advise some blood test which I performed there only. Also I was given medicine for 2 months. ** ******* ******* ****** ** ***** I am happy the way the treated.

It's a great experience at Monga Clinic. Actually, no one recommended me to go to Monga Clinic. I just went there after reading patient's reviews (As you are reading now). I had stomach ulcers and I was suffering for the last many years. I had 14 days treatment from this clinic & I am glad to say that I am pretty fine now.

The most important thing is, during your treatment they would call you and ask you about your health and that impress you. The behaviour of Dr is absolutely great.

The advice given was very generic and simply standard. We expected something more personal coming to us after answering so many initial questions. Won’t recommend them to anyone.

There is no transparency on billing - they charge a random amount every month, the medicines given are sometimes not even adequate for one whole month. The doctor had recommended medicines for 3 - 6 months. I have had medicines for 7 months now but results aren't very great. I still get Acne so problem is not fully solved, they have only reduced. They say dietician consultation is included in every month's medicine fees but the dietician is not helpful at all - doesnt give any diet chart as such, just says to avoid maida, oil etc. which pretty much everyone knows for good diet. The staff at the clinic is especially very bad - they have no idea what is happening, give random appointments without even checking with you regarding availability, check weight, BP etc. without any requirement when they feel like it. To sum it up, experience was not good.

She wanted me to do some thyroid test by stating that thyroid patients are likely to have stomach related issues and only after the tests, she can tell exact problem. To which I told her that I will do in 2-3 days from outside but she was even ready to start the treatment by paying her 2050/- for 15 days. *** *** *** ***** * ********* ******* ****** ********* *** ****** ** **** ******* ******* she only claimed that she can identify the problem only after thyroid test but she was all ready to start my treatment on the spot without thyroid test. ** * **** **** **** * ******** *** *** ****** **** * ******** * ***** *** ***** **** ***** ***** ***** * ******* ******** **** ******* ******* She must be more emphatic rather than only sympathetic and should give her patients that confidence that yes they have visited at right place. It might be that she cures the people very well but for me it was bad experience and highly not recommended.

Never go there. Or at least ask for the billing stats. They charge for the medicines and they will say it is our package. I went there and waited to get medicines they said it is not available now but we will send it to you. now, when it didn't arrive I purchased from somewhere else. Now, I asked for refund and they made me wait for days and I have to call everytime. one of their guy stopped picking up calls. Finally, when I spoke to doctor he said we cannot refund and we cannot change our protocol for you. We are providing packages not medicines and they never ever mentioned it before. I said you please keep the money I don't need it now. The girls gave you follow up call, doctor sees you, we are charging indirectly for that. I never ever provided a negative feedback to anyone but this time it was a deserving one.

I really thought my gastritis problem could be cured! But there are certain things that I need to highlight after visiting their clinic 3-4 times. Maybe it was only me who felt the need to stop visiting the clinic. They charge a lot of money even though the medicines that they give are not costly at all. Money is not the issue but they even forget what the patient is suffering from. 1.9k for one session? And all I got to hear is half heartedly given advice? They make me wait for almost 1 hour even though I visited according to my appointment timings. I told them I already had some medicines left with me but still they prescribe it to charge more. Why? Plus, the medicines didn't work for me except one syrup. Not defaming any doctor but I had to write this due to my personal experience. And if you people accept positive feedbacks to get more patients, you can delete this feedback but I hope this feedback will be useful for others as well. Thanks :)

Hi, I was very unhappy due to my short height. I have used lots of medicine but could not get the proper result. At Dr monga clinic they first advised me some test and after examination I was given some Ayurvedic medicine along with some diet and exercise chart. I strictly followed all the instructions advised by the doctor. After 4_5 months of taking medicine when I checked my height I was just stuck. As surprisingly my height has increased by some centimeters. I am really thank full to all of you Dr monga clinic teams.

Personally I am not at all happy with Dr Jyoti's Treatment. My wife had fungal infection at her left leg for which we went to her.

First of all she identified the disease wrongly, 2nd she prescribed one ointment for which i had to search for 2 weeks & finally i ordered it from bangalore(online). And to my wonder, after it using 4 to 5 days i was advised to stop using it as it has no effect.

Also I feel she is more into business(through selling their own medicines) rather giving a cost-effective treatment. She charged me around 2000 rupees for her own supplied ayurvedic medicines(for 1 month). I mean its even costlier than Allopathic. And output is worthless.

Well, i feel Dr. Yuvraj(sits at same clinic) is much more sensible than her. He goes deep into the root of the disease before suggesting anything.

Overall very much dis-satisfied with Dr. Jyoti's tratment. Now i am undergoing Allopathic treatment for the same.
