I truly and strongly recommend Dr Jasdeep Saluja as I was struggling to cope with anxiety when I first met with Dr Jasdeep on 26th January 2023 at Xanadu. And monthly check-ups at Dr Jasdeep Saluja's clinic, Sector 46. Under Dr Jasdeep's guidance and support, I would no longer consider myself an anxious person as I can manage anxiety daily. I can be present in my relationships and experiences.

Without Dr's guidance and support, I would still be living under a cloud of worry, and I feel grateful that I was able to find Dr.Jasdeep in my life because I feel I would not have been able to get to where I am now without his help.

For anyone who experiences anxiety on a day-to-day basis, or if any kind of anxiety is preventing you from working, attending social events, or just being able to be present in your own life, I would suggest one should seek professional help. he is very patient and intelligent. he takes the time necessary to understand your situation. he's easy to open up to and very non-judgmental. if you or someone you know needs mental health help, please listen and please try to allow them or yourself the opportunity to be free from whatever is happening in your head. it's not something to be afraid of. deciding to get help is one of the bravest and necessary steps in lfe.

I have booked the appointment on dated 2nd February 2024 for 6.30 pm, we waited for half an hour outside clinic. Clinic was closed and I have called several time but no response and no one is called back me till the date.

The doctor is pretty much as good as your orthodox relatives when it comes to understand mental complexity.

Doctor was very polite .. we visited him for premarital counselling.. doctor listened us very patiently and .. we are very satisfied with the counselling session .. it was really helpful and I recommend others also to visit him ..
