We came from Nepal, a little nervous and overwhelmed. However, through a family connection we got to meet Dr. Dutta, and she immediately put our minds at ease. From her initial interactions, it was very obvious that we were in safe hands. Our relatives, who had also brought their son for a minor throat infection, felt the exact same way about her.

EXPERTISE: Dr. Dutta was very knowledgeable and great at what she did. Within a minute of hearing our history, she had a solid preliminary idea of what was troubling our son. Further investigations and the x-ray confirmed her predictions. For many months, multiple symptoms he was showing were all connected to one central problem, and even though he was to go through a surgery, we were really glad he was finally diagnosed properly and would now get his normal life back. The ENTs in Nepal had failed to connect the dots properly.

PROFESSIONALISM: Dr. Geetalima Dutta was courteous and classy. She showed strong work ethics and high standards, and can be 100% relied on. Even after seeing 10 patients or after a surgery, she will talk to you like this is her first minute at work. That shows her dedication towards her work, and her commitment to putting patients’ needs first.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE: Especially in developing countries, I have encountered doctors that have impressive resumes but do not know how to talk to patients, even at so called "popular" hospitals. I have recently written a 3-page letter to the CEO of a big hospital about this. Thankfully, Dr. Dutta was nowhere close to them. She makes people comfortable immediately so they can be open about their feelings. That is a win-win since it will help her diagnose the patients better. Her courtesy and the manner in which she talks to children is exemplary, something I wish other medical professionals emulated.

CARING NATURE: A doctor's job is inherently a very sensitive one. No matter how good you are at your work, you are not able to excel without a truly “good heart”. It was obvious that Dr. Dutta has a heart of gold. She went above and beyond to help us out in every way. She handled our son like one of her own nephews and was always trying to cheer him up.

She even helped us connect with other specialists, whom she knew very well, and upon checking, they all had glowing reviews on the internet.

For cherry on the top, she was a great communicator and kept checking with us throughout the treatment process. Even after we had come back to Nepal, she stayed in touch and regularly asked how our son was. Thanks to her, he is living a normal life and is healthy again.

We couldn’t have found a better ENT for our son. I may visit Gurgaon again in a month or two and see her for my own ENT issues. I will strongly recommend her to my friends and family and to anyone seeking quality ENT care.

I won't recommend her at all based on my recent experience with her. My husband had a nose injury, and we consulted her. First of all, she doesn't respect your time. we waited for more than 1 hour despite prior appointments and payment. She is very unprofessional. Instead of curing the patient, she starts creating stress even after knowing that the patient is already in trauma. She did her treatment without telling me much information and the cost of the treatment. she put a nose-blocking tape in my husband's nose, knowing the procedure was very, very painful despite knowing the patient was already in trauma and pain my husband fainted because of the procedure. I said, please look she said go and buy an ORS from the chemist ( this is pathetic, how can you leave your patient, she didn't bother to call the nurse for help). she didn't even bother to tell the patient about the cost ( i paid around 4300 rs ). Initially, she said I am doing this for the nasal bleeding, and there was no nose bleeding. A horrific experience wherein despite a prior appointment for 1230h, the doctor didn't bother to attend to me till beyond 2 pm. On being questioned about the delay, she started a monologue, harangue on top of her voice with threats. Doctor Geetalima has been my saviour also when I had visited her for my husband's critical illness - Stevens Johnson syndrome. She was a pillar in terms of her diagnosis and the confidence she bestowed on us during the critical days. Now also she has treated my son with great care n precision. She is very approachable * ************** More than that she patiently hears you out as when ur in distress you feel very helpless and tend to have a lot of questions....

Geetalima Dutta is very rude and insensitive towards her patients. I visited her on 11 Feb with appointment. She made me wait for 2 hours even after appointment. I consulted with her and planned a tonsil surgery on 17th Feb.

I followed all the instructions and took all medicine. On the day of surgery on 17 Feb, Geetalima cancelled the surgery and said her husband is sick so can’t attend the hospital today. How unprofessional.

My parents and relatives were there. They traveled from different cities. I took off from office for 5 days. I requested her to please understand my situation to which she said I don’t care, it’s your problem. Firstly I had an appointment at 12:40pm.. the doctor attended me after 2 hours and in that also she had some other case which she has to run to and she didn’t give me more than 5 minutes and didn’t bother to hear my issue.. she told me on my face that I can’t see your for more than 10minutes and I have to give preference to some other patient***** ** *** ** *** ************ takes her own sweet time to attend tha patient and then she will not give you more than 5 minutes don’t recommend her

Dr Geetalima didn’t explain me about my problem, I asked her two times about medicine and the problem but every time she told that she has written all the details in the prescription when I ask how to take the medicines and which medicine is for which treatment(she prescribe 4 Medicines) then she told me that chemist will explain me everything. I paid INR1100 and start the medicine from 13 May 18 but as on today i.e. 16-May-18 there is no relief.** ***** **** *** ******** *** ***** **** *** ***** in my case she didn’t give me proper time and she was expecting that a chemist can explain me everything.

Dr. Geetalima isn't a reliable doctor. She used to work in Columbia Asia, Palam VIhar and would recommend people to visit her in Paras Hospital, Sushant Lok. She recommended us unnecessary CT scans and even surgery for the nose bleed. Although we took the first aid from her which was blocking the bleeding with the nasal packs. *** ******* ********* ******** ***** ********* *** ***** ***** ****** ************ **** *Upon taking second and third opinions from other doctors we got to know that the nose bleed happened due to some injury /trauma and require only cauterization to stop the bleeding and heal since it happened because of temporary injury.We got it done and the problem never re-occurred.

Met the learned Doctor after a gap of almost 2 years due to Covid. Found her more experienced and intelligent. So accurate in diagnosis and treatment. And above all a noble soul with a compassionate heart. I wish and pray for blessings of God be upon her richly
