Well, this incident is with my mother who is a senior citizen. She went to Dr. Deepti Khanna as she was under pain. She recommended RCT and gave another appointment to carry out the same. My mom went the other day with my younger sister for RCT. She said that she is busy today and cannot conduct RCT now. When my mother said that she is still under pain and would prefer RCT right now if possible, she responded in a rude tone that if she does RCT right now, this might lead to infection in her whole mouth and what will she do in that scenario. Will she be ready for extractions of multiple teeth in that case? She made few other rude statements and my mother left deciding never to visit her ever again. She is not worthy of being a doctor. Imagine how can yo talk to a senior citizen like that.

I took my mother to another dentist the same day and RCT was easily done. My mother's pain was all gone and she is absolutely fine since then.
