The doctor was very supportive and patient, and I felt heard during the consultation. However, I faced issues with the clinic’s management. Despite having a genuine prescription, I struggled to get medicines from medical stores due to concerns about clarity and dosage. I had to consult another doctor to obtain medicines from their pharmacy, causing delay and inconvenience. The clinic should improve prescription clarity and consider having an in-house pharmacy.

In the process, he allows the patient some time for some self-reflection with multiple spiritual and walking activities to implement for the patient to naturally raise certain chemicals in the brain with a lifestyle change. He as well adviced me before the next visit to make a few tiny steps to deal with the big problems ..like befriending a stray dog, distributing chocolates and seeing the problem from a different perspective.

I would suggest to not make a pre-judgment during your visits and allow the therapy some time to show its effect. On my 2nd and third visit, I could see the change in me and understand the reasons for said suggestions. He is very friendly and explained the problem in my words with simple funny examples.

I would highly recommend the doctor for any kind of mental issues. Very experienced and kind. I am healing and still reach out to him for any concerns.

But he keeps on talking himself all the time and does not listen to the patient. he does not examines the patient nor he listens to their concerns, just keeps on giving his point of view and opinions. He did not even ask me my actual concerns for which i went there.

After coming out of the room i was feel more frustrated and dissatisfied because the patient does not get to talk which is the main reason of depression .

Moreover, some of the advice given was potentially offensive, further diminishing my trust in the consultation. For healthcare professionals, especially in psychiatry, it's crucial to prioritize active listening, empathy, and evidence-based practices to ensure the well-being and trust of their patients. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement, leading to better care for those seeking mental health support. Also, these session in a calm and private space. It was a noisy place where one could easily hear every word.
