I consulted the doctor for fever and throat infection. Booked a video consultation, but he connected with me through audio.The call disconnected abruptly by the end of the conversation, there was no way to reconnect with him neither did he call me back. There was no response from him on text. I did not receive a prescription after waiting for a whole hour and following up once in between with customer service. At the end, practo ended up refunding my money because doctor failed to provide a prescription. Neither responsible nor professional. Would not recommend.
