I would highly suggest it’s high time for Dr Arun to think of changing his assistant Sneha. Because of her the patients are having very bad experience even before meeting Dr Arun. She doesn’t have etiquette to talk to patients and is busy speaking over phone. We waited for almost 2 hours for Dr Arun and finally had to leave without consulting him. On asking, when the doctor will come and visit the patients, she says the Dr is in OT and haven’t come out yet. Patients have been waiting for more than 3 hours before us. If Dr is busy in OT she shouldn’t have given appointment to any patients and keep them waiting that Dr will come out soon. It’s very disrespectful and shows that patients time is of no value. People have other commitments too for their day just like the doctor. I would request Sr Arun to please look into the matter and take appropriate action.

We came next day with the reports, he said: your case is very serious, you should undergo with surgery immediately, I don't know how are you walking comfortably! then he prescribed 6-7 medicines and told you take these until surgery is done. We came back and now it is more than 4 years and my father is very fine and good.
