Our experience with Dr Anjali for over an year was smooth and calming. She always analyses the situation and calms you down when ur overthinking. But when the issue needs attention she is upfront with what needs to done which is very appreciable. We visited both the clinics and the staff is well trained. Highly recommended

I've had a very bad experience with the doctor. I arrived well before the time appointed and the doctor had the audacity to arrive half an hour later on top of which she did not even have the courtesy to apologise for the inconvenience caused. Regardless, when I went inside for my appointment I was told to go to Cross Point Mall, which mind you is 8.5 km from the Hospital, to get my ultrasound done since the hospital was too overburdened. This entire process of going to and forth cost my husband and I an hour of our time. After this when we reached the hospital we had to wait another 2 hours for my turn and let other people who had come after us, go in before us. Finally when it was my turn, the doctor did not explain what or why I had what I did. She just prescribed two medicines, and that was my two minute appointment with Dr. Anjali Kumar. 3-4 days later when I was in pain, I texted the doctor just to ask if I need to show to her right away or within a period of 10 days as prescribed. Also would like to point out here, I paid for my previous appointment and would have paid for the next one. This was not a favour I was asking her for. I understand the doctor might be very busy but she sees my message and chooses to ignore because of some stringent policy that she has, which has been very clearly displayed as her whatsapp status, 'No medical issues and reports on whatsapp'

I have known Dr Anjali Kumar for almost 8 years as a yoga buddy and for 6 out those 8 she has also been my doctor. I have always found her very professional and warm, her advice sound and sensible. For the condition I had, she took a cautious approach of not interfering with the body and rushing into surgery until it was absolutely required. Over a period of a few years I had to just keep a watch for certain symptoms she told me about which are like red flags, do timely scans and see her regularly. Over the last couple of months, the situation changed and she advised tests and then explained why it is now necessary to have a surgery to address the condition. On the day of my surgery, as soon as I said bye to my husband and brother at the door of the OT area and was wheeled in, Dr Anjali came to greet me. She had already done a couple of surgeries at that point, but she was smiling and enthusiastic and seemed full of freshness and energy. She put me at ease. My surgery itself was twice as long as expected because of some things that cropped up in the moment. Dr Anjali handled it all marvellously, the required experts were called in and it all went off well. I am enormously grateful to her and her wonderful team. My life was in their hands and they brought me through really well. I spent 5 and a half days in the hospital. Dr Anjali and her team came to check on my wellbeing regularly and addressed any issues I had. Thank you Dr Anjali for making this very tough experience as smooth, pain-free and comfortable as you possibly could for me. You have been a lifesaver. Thank you forever. God bless you all.

I was suffering from PCOD since 2013. From the age of 16 I started gaining weight rapidly. I had no idea about pcod , but all I knew was that something was wrong.

I had symptoms like weight gain , irregualr menses , no menses for 6-7 months straight ,facial acne & hair loss .

As a teenager , all I was concerned was about my weight .

Not only I was obese but also faced restlessness , fatigue ,body ache .

In 2016 I consulted a gynaecologist .

She prescribed dyna for 3 months .

I took the medicines on time but after 3 months the results were still the same - “ NO MENSES "

My doctor asked me to repeat the medication for 3 months more.

And these months never lasted and I kept on taking different medicines , vitamins , dyna , hormonal pills ,etc .

• 2016 Entire year I took lot of medicines but I experienced no weightloss and no cure of my PCOS.

Later I started developing serious side effects.

•2017 Frustrated from the side effects , I stopped taking my medicines .

I faced serious vomiting , stomach pain ,fatigue, moodswing etc.

•2018-2019 I switched my doctor again in a hope but the result were still the same , different medicines and lot of side effects.

Everyone gave me a different and mysterious advice but one thing that everyone adviced ( or in normal language ,taunted ) is lose your weight and everything will be cured automatically.

Not only I exercised but also was on a strict diet for few months.

But my regime was very hard and boring and fast food felt like heaven . Medicines didnt worked , diet didnt worked , excercise didnt worked . I didnt know where I was going wrong or missing my efforts .

Disappointed from all sides I again started eating as much as I wanted without getting worried for more weight gain

Strict diet always pushed me towards unhealthy food .

•2021- One day I was scrolling instagram and saw one of the best mother daughter duo ,Sejal di and Anjali mam.

Started following both of them and then I got to know about Anjali mam and Maitri .

But for obvs reason I hesitated as I know pcod is non curable and I have to take the medicine throughout my life.

ON 29/04/2021 - I took mam’s appointment and my beautiful journey started here.

Mam not only helped me to cure my pcod but also encouraged me towards a healthy life style .

She encouraged me to take plant based diet and some medication that I have not taken earlier.

My weight on 29/04 was 82 kgs .

For next 8 months I followed mam’s diet and some medicine

I lost 25 kgs of weight .

Today my weight is 57 kgs ( 27 Jan 2022)

And I can proudly say not only i lost my rigid weight but also i am cured now

I am no longer suffering from pcos.

I am no longer obese .

I am mo longer unconfident or conscious for my weight.

I am soo grateful for everything.

MAM really helped me in my journey. She was there in my journey as a mentor and guided me with everything.

She not only helped me physically but also mentally.

She taught me a life long lesson about healthy living and healthy choice and to move forward with all the good choices.

Lastly for all the girls out there suffering same or another women issues

Nothing is permanent

Everything is curable

All you need is a good mentor and willingness to achieve that.

Pcod free life no more obesity.

My pregnancy was a high risk pregnancy and a very little hope was left , but doctor Anjali did not lose hope and helped me to sail through this journey ! I was her patient few years back and recently I got my sister in law for treatment under Dr Anjali’s Care.

Dr Anjali Kumar was our top choice for a gynaecologist as we got to know we were pregnant. Through the 9+ months of pregnancy and to the birth of our first child, she’s been an absolute delight and a privilege to interact with.

What brought us to the doctor was her experience and demeanour, as seen in her content on her YouTube (Maitri). What kept us going back to her was her calmness, logical advise, and keeping-it-simple philosophy. She also always gave us adequate time to run our queries by her.

In the labour room, despite her seniority she came several times to check on my wife. And then I witnessed first hand the way she emphatically motivated and empathetically counselled my wife to push the baby out.
