Overall interaction with Dr Amit Hooda was very good. Detailed discussion on overall diagnosis and treatment. My worry was resolved on treatment.

This young doctor showed up 40 minutes late this evening, and strode into the clinic without any apology for having kept me (the patient) waiting. When I bluntly told him that this was unacceptable, he began to explain that it took him 20 minutes to get to the clinic and that the clinic should have called me. He also told me to sit and not get into an argument. When a cardiologist fails to respect your time as a patient, then you need to leave and not be serviced by him, which is exactly what I did tonight.

BAD EXPERIENCE !!! I didn't Get to meet the doctor...

Initially the appointment was fixed at 6:45 PM, They called and said since doctor has some urgent appointments so Will meet you at 7:15 PM instead of 6:45. And while I was on my way, They called and said the doctor has some another urgent appointment and might not be able to make it by 7:15 either .. so They said Can we fix the appointment tomorrow. So after all the hassle I agreed to have the appointmemt at 10 am tomorrow (Sunday) morning. Its Sunday morning and I haven't received any confirmation call yet from their side...

First experience is last experience so after this incident I will avoid booking appointments thru practo Again ... Thanks

Very caring as person. Have basic courtesy to treat old patients who need love and respect. I would highly recommend. Took my dad to him he not only listened to him patiently but came down to emergency himself to see the ECG reports
