I had appointment for respiratory problem of my cousin. We had already consulted many doctors including some big corporate hospitals in delhi, noida and Gurgaon. But no one was able to diagnose and to give us any prognostic information. When we reached the doctor we were very fussy because of our earlier struggles. Even though Dr. Tyagi had competent degrees and was clearing all our doubts, we were still behaving strangely as perhaps we already lost hopes. But doctor was so cool and patient in her approach and made a diagnosis of interstitial lung disease. We started treatment half heartedly. But my cousin improved a lot. As our appointments with the doctors became frequent, we grew in confidence. Now we are happy to find a doctor who understands the disease process and has knowledge and competence for dealing with ailment. Dr Tyagi instills hope and gives exact expectations according to the disease. She doesn’t gives unrealistic hopes. She gives her valuable time according to need of patient. We have so much trust in doctor now. Delhi to Meerut journey now feels worth investment.
