Firstly, we did not get any intimation from Practo regarding the appointment. For us it was a walk-in consultation. The doctor was busy with an already planned surgery and attended to your daughter as soon as the surgery was completed.

Secondly, regarding care given to patient, your daughter and wife spent more than an hour of total time in the doctors chamber during which a thorough examination was done, the child and mother were counselled for dilatation and multiple queries of the mother were answered till she was comfortable with the procudure. Even after dilatation a thorough examination was done and again multiple queries were answered and the patient and her mother left the doctor's chamber happy.

For the next appointment we would request you to kindly inform us directly even after blocking a slot in Practo to avoid inconvinience.

We hope that all your concerns have been addressed and are once again sorry for the inconvinience caused inadvertantly.
