Ms. Anubha Dubey

Dr. Dubey has a very systematic, transparent and friendly approach. She could immediately win the trust of my nine-year old daughter. I feel great confidence in going ahead with treatment with her.

Dr Anubha has varied experience and it shows in her counselling session that I have taken so far. She has correctly identified my Problem areas and explains solutions with various examples and Life situations. She gives a patient listening and understands the disorders. I look forward to having more structured discussions and assessments, and certainly like to recommend her to anyone reading this and needing counselling for their life situation.

I was very skeptical and apprehensive about getting therapy. I found myself extremely nervous before the session but Dr. Anubha Dubey handled my anxiousness very well. She made sure I was comfortable and was very understanding and helpful. I received a lot of positive insights about myself and she helped me carve out a path to recovery from my recent trauma. I cannot stress enough how important and helpful she has been to me during a particularly difficult time in my life and I would definitely recommend her.

Hi I met dubey *** * **** *** **** *** **** ** ***** ******* she just see patient as a patient she don't want to be an friend or something like this she sometimes ignore you when you ask more questions to her she behave like she don't know you and behave tell you to stop she act weird she say no to other help gives excuses *** ****** **** **** ** **** ***** ** **** ** ******

She must first get friendly first with patient so they can tell more

And important thing that they say they give an hour class with dubey but in real they just give 30 to 35 minutes.

Heyy…so, i was really nervous when I first started therapy… but as sessions passed by and i started working on myself as Dr.Anubha told me to i felt a difference …she is very supportive and helps one to understand the health issue they are facing and how that can be treated with time….. I still have anxiety and mild depression but at first it was ruling over me… and at the moment everything is under my control…. And i think this is the right way to go further…. ✨🦋

Well I got to meet her is a casual way, but the aura and level of understanding she is brings to the conversation is like talking to the best friend you always dreamt of.

In no time, I could realize problems I had been carrying for so long. Which shows our unawareness towards mental well-being and victimhood of crony-capitalism who do medicine abuse in the name of treatment.

So I urge everyone to atleast visit her once.. even if you feel everything is ok.. With the experience and expertise she brings to the table, a simple diagnoses will do wonders for you.

I had dealings with OCD and behavioural addiction that significantly worsened in the past year. Dr Anubha provided me an objectivity that was necessary while remaining direct throughout CBT. By the last counselling session, I felt more like myself and got back on the right path. I find her open-minded and mature, and would recommend her for any issues similar to mine. Good luck people!

Highly acknowledge the efforts she put forwards to help and alleviate the suffering of the patients .. she listen very carefully and advise you the best possible remedies .
