She brings with her an experience of 7-8 years and has managed more than 10000 patients of arthritis and various other Rheumatological and autoimmune conditions. She has previously worked with institutes of national eminence like All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS,New Delhi), Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, (PGIMER), Chandigarh and Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER),Puducherry. She completed her Graduation from KMC, Manipal and Post- Graduation in General Medicine from Mahatma Gandhi Government Memorial Medical College Indore( MGMMC), Indore(Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidyalaya). She has also done her Post Doctorate training of 2 years in Rheumatology & Clinical Immunology, AIIMS, New Delhi. She further obtained Doctorate in Medicine (DM) in Clinical Immunology and Rheumatology from , Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) ,Puducherry. She has completed EULAR Course on Rheumatic Diseases in addition to having obtained SCE in Rheumatology from the famed Royal College of Physicians, United Kingdom and is certified by British Society of Rheumatology.
She is extensively trained in minimal invasive procedures- Intra-articular injections, Intra-lesional injections, carpal tunnel injections, skin, muscle, lip and nerve biopsy.She has a special interest in Musculoskeletal ultrasound and is currently undergoing training under EULAR(European League Association of Rheumatologists) for the same after having completed the basic and intermediate MSK ultrasound courses conducted by the Indian Rheumatology Association
She strongly believes in educating patients about the diseases and taking them along in making the best treatment decision.She has numerous publications in National and International Journals.
