I ve been having recurrence of warts for the last 3-4 years. I tried medication to treat it; also used medicated soap - but warts would reoccurs after 3-4 months. It is then that I consulted dr. Agarwal because he has the requisite experience. I was satisfied the way he explained me the reasons for warts and recommended the treatment. He has great listening abilities and is gentle while dealing with a patient. My warts are under control. I am now going to consult him for skin allergy.

1st visit - receptionist asks to pay consultation fees upfront. Surprised, we still pay and go to see the doctor. He makes an insensitive comment, which he thought was funny. We ignore it. He suggests some tests. We step out. The receptionist asks to see the prescription. Again surprised, we show it. She suggests we get them done at the clinic at a discounted price. We pass the offer. Get the tests done at Thyrocare for half the 'discounted price' and sample collected at home.
2nd visit for test review after a day's gap - Receptionist asks to pay consultation fees again. We protest, saying no doctor charges consultation fees twice within a span of 2 days, especially when the doctor himself asked you to come back with the results. The receptionist corrects herself and allows us the entry. We discuss that we will confront the doctor about this weird behaviour of his staff. She overhears this. When our turn comes, she escorts us inside and this time decides to stand inside the room during the entire consultation period. The doctor also doesn't ask her to leave while he's discussing private matters of his patient. He gives unuseful suggestions, writes down 7 more tests to be done and starts insisting on a laser treatment. We just leave the clinic, meet another doctor who informs only 1 of the recommended tests is really required and all we need to do is make changes in our lifestyles.
Highly unrecommended.

He didn't see the skin (scalp), didn't have a look on hair..he suggested a 1500 rupees vitamin B and D test +700 rupees minoxidil (he didn't even ask if I have used this in past). I have also told him that had prp treatment before, he was only interested in money (and adviced me to do 2 more prp under him).. he didn't ask if i had any complications before with PRP (which I had)..
meeting lasted barely 5 mins (4.5 mins me and 30sec dr.) the staffs were also not good. 30 years of experience?? Waste of 500 rupees !!
I would suggest, please stay away from doctors with money making mindset.. sorry ! It was one of the rare bad experiences I have had with any doctor; wherein I walked out of the chamber with a feeling of having been fooled. The doctor spent a total of 200 seconds and did not speak at all. I had some itching concerns around my foot for which I wanted to get his opinion.
He ended up prescribing some 4-5 medicines and a blood test without even telling me what was wrong. He spoke only after I insisted on understanding what was his diagnosis. Maybe his diagnosis is correct but I walked out feeling that he has cheated me *** ***** ** **** ********* ******** *** **** **** *** *** ******** ********* To make the matters worse they wanted me to buy medicine from a specific pharmacy whose card was glued onto my prescription.
I seriously doubt as to how this clinic and doctor could end up being the best rated Dermat in gurgaon. In my opinion it is must avoid.

Reached my conclusion after checking with other experienced dermatologist

Doctor Anil was very professional and friendly. He went off the charts for even helping over the call. But after a month of medication, I do not see any improvement in my skin.
He is more of a cosmetic surgeon than a dermatologist.
He suggested to take peels, glycolic acid. I took a package of 6 sittings which I don't find worth as I don't see any improvements, in fact it became even worst.
Maybe it's my skin or maybe the medication didn't suit me. It's a review as per my independent experience.
Simply waste of time as well as waste of money. I studied all the comments in Practo same thing happened with me also, he will take only 30sec to preliminary investigations, write costliest medicine and as usual some lab test which is very common in earlier comment like b12,d,thyroid, blood sugar....

We had an appointment for 11:00 AM which was booked online and confirmed over the phone. On the call it was assured by the staff that the doctor would be available at 11:00 am. We reached the clinic at 10:45 AM to make sure there is no delay. We waited until 11:15 AM but there was no news about the doctor , he was not answering the calls made by the staff too. The receptionist was asking to pay the fees in advance.
