Dr Sonali is someone with great compassion and understanding. When I visited her for the first time, I was at a very low point in my life. OCD took over my life, my life had changed completely. Due to the lack of awareness about this illness, I used to feel completely alone. But when I first visited Ms Sonali, within few minutes into our session I opened up to her about the issues I am facing, about my intrusive thoughts, and I never thought someone would understand what I am going through but she instantly did. These thoughts are unacceptable and taboo in the society that’s why we often feel that we could never get help, but that’s not true. I encourage anyone suffering from OCD or any other mental illness to consult Ms Sonali because my life has turned around ever since we have had sessions, we have practiced different techniques to battle this illness, and as each session proceeds I can feel that I am slowly beating OCD. I have been seeing Dr Anisha regularly for a few months now. She is very patient and devotes a lot of time to understand the issue and its background. Dr Anisha went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident about sharing. Dr Anisha also uses a lot of positive reinforcement to help us achieve our goals without feeling the pressure, which I found most helpful. At the same time, I got some really constructive feedback which was easy to implement - I was asked by Dr Anisha to make small changes which were incremental and added up to a big positive shift over a long period. Even when I took backward steps and fell back, she was always there to lift me up and move forward. I owe it to Dr Anisha for guiding me out of a dark phase in my life, and I feel confident and energised after every session. I can see and feel real progress in myself and even after moving on from the reason I started therapy, I chose to continue taking Dr Anisha’s help for personal growth which I’m able to see in myself very clearly.

Dr Sonali was the much needed help I was looking for all these years. After 5 years in psychotherapy and taking medications for OCD, though my OCD itself was definitely resolved, there were many underlying issues which were left completely unaddressed. Though I was far from recovery, stressed and sceptical about the treatment I couldn’t help but feel a sense of hope, however minuscule it was. From the get go the doctor seemed to have a deep understanding of general issues and my specific problems. During subsequent visits she always infused me with hope and encouraged me even though I could barely comprehend my own strengths and abilities. She was tirelessly pushing for my recovery. I urge anyone seeking her help to trust her and sincerely work with her and she will see you through. And yes definitely keep working on the tools she provides until you embody them. I have been undergoing psychiatric reorientation under the guidance of Vaishali. She has played a very vital role in my recovery. Her patient and empathy oriented approach towards her patients is very helpful. She has been really effective and honest with her approach. This has induced a high degree of confidence and trust in her effors. Her suggested analytics have been really effective. She may be short on her work experience, however her command over her subject is nonpareil. I under no pressure or compulsion will always her recommend her as a great therapist and doctor.

Hi everyone.. I am a patient of Bipolar Disorder.. But ever since I came in touch of Ms Vaishali Ji for my treatment there are always positive vibes around me.. The reason for it is that besides her excellency in her profession she is always calm, polite and smiling.. She listens to me carefully, each n every minute point, irrespective of being relevant, she pays her due attention and thus gives ample of time for sessions with her.. She has helped a lot to manage my triggers.. I must say that the way she provides her therapies is super excellent.. To be honest, she is an amazing psychologist, she’s calm , kind and will listen to you patiently and will help you out . I was extremely suicidal and anxious and I was an addict when I met her but as I took sessions from her things began to change I had my ups and downs but she didn’t give up , things are better for me now, I was dealing with childhood trauma and much more but I wasn’t alone , she was with me for those of you who feel like you don’t have anyone please reach out to her and she’ll be with you through thick and thin.🥰

Mr Amit is a fantastic,************* and understanding psychologist.

He helped me in beating my 2 year old social anxiety and helped me come out of it .He sat and listened patiently my troubling stories of the past and helped me to understand the perspective and cope up with the situation.

I am truly thankful to Amit sir for listening to me in a kindly and in an agreeable way... he was always friendly and gave me relevant education and advice so that i can cope up from my problems. he changed my thought process within a span of 21 days from negative to positive point of view towards life and gave me better way to look towards life. I truly and strongly recommend Dr Jasdeep Saluja as I was struggling to cope with anxiety when I first met with Dr Jasdeep on 26th January 2023 at Xanadu. And monthly check-ups at Dr Jasdeep Saluja's clinic, Sector 46. Under Dr Jasdeep's guidance and support, I would no longer consider myself an anxious person as I can manage anxiety daily. I can be present in my relationships and experiences.
