I consulted Dr. Arora for pain in both my knees (caused by Grade 2 and 3 meniscus tears). While my pain is 90% better than what it was when I met him, I am grateful to Dr. Arora for correcting my posture, teaching me exercises to strengthen my core and limbs, and teaching me how not to put pressure on the knees while walking. He explained the issues to me in a clear fashion. To alleviate my knee pain caused by meniscus tears, he used the ANF therapy, which he pioneered in India. The said therapy has been very beneficial for me in reducing the pain in my knees.
