Writing this review after 6 months of starting weight loss treatment with Dt. Priyatama. Went to her in early November and took a 3 month package for weight loss. She was very friendly and extremely confident about giving us the desired results. I took the 3 months package because I was overweight, experienced bloating and had other health issues like back pain etc due to the weight. Finished her treatment in end of February and met my target weight of 51 kgs. She gives an easy to follow diet plan based on your preference and helps change your eating habits. It's been 3 months since I stopped her diet and I have been successfully been able to maintain my weight. I'm thankful to her for her immense help and motivation and highly recommend her.

It has been a wonderful eye opening experience with Ms. Priyatama . I was at 102.4 kg when I started the diet and within 3 months I was able to lose 24 kg. It is a myth that for losing weight we have to starve . The diet routine that Ms. Priyatama put me on worked wonders . I never felt like I was hungry . The timings and portion of the food was pretty accurate .
The preparation time for each meal was about 15 - 20 min tops and quick to make . In addition to being healthy the food also turned out to be delicious and I also got to learn about new dishes. Thank you

I weighed 92 kgs when enrolled the 3 months diet plan. Due to my work life style and covid I had gained excessive weight.
With Priyatama’s diet plan, I was able to loose 15.5 kgs in a span of 3 months.
She understand your likings, disliking about food and after strong assessment of your body, she recommends plans accordingly. The best part in her plans are that it involves fruits, milks, high protein foods more than anything else and never let you feel hungry rather full and energetic throughout the day.
