She was 15 minutes late for the appointment but it is okay. But she didnot attend me properly. Atleast have ******** to attend your patient for two minutes. ***** *** *** **** ********** ******** ** *** **** ***** *** ******* ****** She said I was diagnosed with chicken pox whereas I am diagnosed with SJS EM. You didnot even check me up for 5 minutes. You just saw me for two minutes and gave me prescription. You did not listen to what problem I have been facing. SJS is a serious skin disease and I was not aware of that for 12 days since you told me it is chicken pox and the high priced medicines you gave me **** ** ** **** Right now I am so scared* * **** **** *** ***** **** ********** ** ** *** ** ** ** **** ***** **** **** ***** *** * ***** **** **** ** * ****** ********** * **** ********* **** ****** ******* ** ****

Visited the doctor for this first time, waited for 20 minutes and she didn’t even care to spend more than 5 minutes. Seemed to be in a hurry, asked for my prescription paper and name etc. as soon as I opened the door. Didn’t even wait for me to be seated. Just had a glance at the problematic area and started prescribing. No explanation of reason of the problem or precautions. Next, I asked for a face regime. Again, didn’t care to listen. Didn’t explain or even asked questions. I feel doctors should spend atleast 15-20 minutes with a new patient especially when they don’t have any other patients. Asked for a skin treatment at the end.. just gave a name, didn’t describe what will happen in the treatment or the cost or anything…

I haven’t seen a dermatologist more knowledgeable and efficient than her
My face had been completely spoiled with acne, scars and pigmentation and there was no improvement with the previous medicines
Dr Shuchi picked up the root cause of my disease in a fraction of time . The medicines were equally quick to show the response
My entire acne went away in a few months
Thereafter she did a few treatments for scars and spots, which brought tremendous improvement to my face
