Visited Dr on the date of appointment. Clinic was not open. Called the Dr and was told she would be coming over in few minutes. Waited in the car. After some time her assistant came and opened the clinic which was dusty and dilipilated from inside - few extremely dirty chairs, broken ac and dust everywhere. Since my 5 year old son, who was the patient, has chronic dust allergy so we told her assistant the same and he asked us to wait inside the Doctor's room. We also asked patient with earlier appointment who was waiting in the room if it was okay if we waited till she got there and that he could consult first once she arrived. He too very kindly insisted that we wait inside. Much after the appointed time the Dr stormed in. My son, wife and I greeted her warmly. She did not greet back, not even the child, who had by now greeted her again. She rudely indicated that she wanted us out of the room. We went outside. She then came outside and took her assistant outside the waiting room and gave him a dressing down for allowing us into the room. Went inside and after a minute or so returned with her rubber stamp, which maybe had some issue and again gave her assistant another dressing down and went inside. She did not once apologize to any of the patients about running so late and not even having clinic open. The child was getting increasingly nervous on witnessing her temper. *** *** *** **** ** **** *** ******** ** ***** ** **** ** ****** * ***** ****** Appointment time was long due. I asked her assistant to cancel the appointment and we walked out.

I visited Doctor Shuchi for Cataract Treatment for my mother. She ensured first of all that she had all the time to answer all the possible queries at our end. On top of that she took efforts to explain in as friendly way as possible to make my mother comfortable which ultimately helped my mother to accept the surgery option with an optimistic perspective. Finally even after surgery, she was courteous and kind enough to follow up with me and my mother and again gave enough time to explain the post surgery care steps.

Dr. Maj. Verma is nothing less than a blessing to all those in distress and needing immediate attention and remediation. I happened to play twice with my destiny and both the times I landed at Dr. Verma’s doorsteps and would not lie in saying that both the times she not only went beyond her call of duty but ensured I was treated and provided with immediate relief. I have been suffering with acute uveitis since two decades and it was only Dr. Verma who understood the issue and guided me accordingly. For the first time I got so fast relief (an hour). Coming from a defence background while she is disciplined and ensured that her subjects understand the gravity and adhere to medication but all with an absolute simplicity and smile.

We consulted Dr. Shuchi Verma for my father's posterior subcapsular cataract with a 6/9 blurred vision and got amazing guidance and pre-operative support from Dr. Shuchi. The surgery was also well planned and executed in smooth manner, we were well informed about different types of eye lens with its pros and cons by the doctor. the best thing is Dr. Shuchi never rushes through an examination or conversation and always takes keen interest in listening out to all queries/ concerns of her patients. Post operative precautions and to-do's were also very well explained to us. Dr. Shuchi is very approachable and amicable.My dad's surgery went very well and he has having a much clearer vision now, thanks to diligent approach being followed under guidance of doctor.very happy to recommend Dr. Shuchi Verma for cataract surgery.
