The only thing which was not good that my appointment was for 2 PM and I had to wait for 1 hour because billing person went on the Lunch and that too without any backup person. I had to check in on many counters but everyone was clueless even counter 1 girl was not sure that this doctor even part of this hospital or not, she checked this in front of me over a call. This gave me a bad image as whether I choose a right doctor or not whereas even staff doesn't know about doctor. Management needs to revamp and more patience friendly.
